We built AssetSnag to solve one specific, recurring agency problem: the friction, delay, and back-and-forth emails required just to collect files, brand assets, and credentials from new clients.
The Mission
When an agency closes a client, both sides want momentum. Instead, kickoffs stall. Teams spend days following up on missing logos, low-resolution raster images pasted into Word documents, and logins sent across unencrypted chat threads.
AssetSnag replaces unstructured email threads and generic form builders with dedicated intake portals. Clients receive a secure link, see exactly what is required, and drop files that are validated in real time before submission.
Principles
Zero Client Friction
Clients shouldn't create accounts or remember passwords. Magic links make intake fast and effortless.
Format Validation
Deliverables are checked on upload so designers get true vector assets and source files on Day 1.
Secure Credentials
Sensitive logins and API keys are encrypted with AES-256 client-side rather than sent via plain text.
